What the brief asked for.

Synergy had a new set of Corporate Values and needed a rollout that did more than posters. Generic values training was off the table - the program needed to make the values visible in everyday behaviour, not abstract slogans.

  • Custom-designed Corporate Theatre plays anchored in Synergy's specific values
  • Character-driven scenarios - staff who nailed the values and staff who missed the mark
  • Skills In Practice activities tied to real-world Synergy contexts
  • Multi-session rollout across teams, leaders and managers
The result

Positive feedback from teams, leaders and managers. The character-driven format embedded the new values in a way slideware never would. Synergy's partner described the program as powerful, innovative and lasting.
