Three directors set the direction of every delivery and lead the company day-to-day.

Director

Angela leads our most sensitive facilitation work - the bullying, sexual harassment and respect-at-work programs where the room can turn quickly. She designs the framing, runs the live facilitation and holds the duty-of-care decisions in the moment.

She is an Occupational Therapist by training and an accredited Human Synergistics practitioner. Inside the company she oversees the wellbeing protocols that keep our Corporate Actors safe through emotionally demanding deliveries, and chairs the design reviews that sign off any new play touching trauma-adjacent content.

Michael Sanderson-Green, Creative Director

Creative Director

Michael leads the creative spine of the company. The play repertoire, the in-house training of every Corporate Actor on our roster, and the methodology behind how we devise new work - all of it runs through his desk.

He is an Occupational Therapist by training and the craft authority on the improvisation, Forum Theatre and Corporate Theatre techniques our programs are built on. New scripts get developed under his direction. New Corporate Actors get inducted into the methodology by him. The standard for what makes a scene work for a workplace audience is set by him.

Jacob Fjord, Director

Jacob Fjord

Director

Jacob is the commercial and producer spine of the company. He runs the scoping conversations with new clients, oversees every proposal, and leads producer responsibilities across every active engagement. If you book a call with The Experience Lab, you book it with Jacob.

Inside the company he chairs the weekly delivery review, sets the project plans for every program, and holds the client relationships across multi-year partnerships. The single line of accountability from first conversation to final session sits with him.

80+ Corporate Actors.

Eighty-plus trained Corporate Actors form the engine of every delivery. Aged 18 to 75, drawn from diverse cultural backgrounds, every one of them trained in the techniques our programs are built on - Forum Theatre, Lived Experience, RealPlay, Character Interview, Rehearsal for Reality.

This is the bench that does the work. Corporate Actors who can hold a Sexual Harassment scene in a mining boardroom in the morning and an OSCE assessment in a medical school in the afternoon - rehearsed in our techniques, briefed for your sector, ready to give every participant a partner who responds with the full complexity of a real person. More than a decade of training and continuous coaching sits behind every name on the call sheet. The result for your room is consistent - every participant rehearses with someone who can hold the moment, and walks out with a skill they will use back at work.
