Our aim is to bring a professional training experience to your workplace that equips your staff to better understand harassment, discrimination and bullying and how to effectively manage issues. We make legal and psychological concepts understandable and applicable in the workplace so that people think before they do something potentially unlawful.

About Us

At EEO Specialists we believe that most people don’t mean to offend, but they sometimes do because they don’t realise that what they just said or did was inappropriate. We want to minimise the impact of workplace problems by showing employees what to think about before they tell the funny but sexually inappropriate joke or before they play a trick on someone. We enable learners to think about their behaviours, not from their own perspective but from everyone else’s perspective. We customise our workshops to your organisation, creating scenarios of things that ‘could happen’ at your workplace so people go away feeling like the information made sense to them.

At The Experience Lab we believe play is an important part of the learning process. Our skilled facilitators and corporate actors weave traditional and non-traditional training practices together, drawing on theatre-based learning, improvisation and experiential learning techniques. We believe learning is fun, learning engages and learning inspires. When we learn, we seek to build knowledge as well as practise skills to bridge the knowing/doing gap. We need to experience what success feels like and to learn from failure in a safe, non-judgmental space. We believe the best learning occurs when it’s put into practice, in the here and now, and we reflect on our performance.
