About this event

DARE TO LEAD

Register your place for our complimentary breakfast.

We are very excited to announce a new leadership experience.

“Leadership is not about titles or the corner office. It’s about the willingness to step up, put yourself out there, and lean into courage. The world is desperate for braver leaders. It’s time for all of us to step up.” Brene Brown.

At The Experience Lab we believe leaders at all levels can learn how to build an authentic and engaging leadership presence to create a positive and inclusive working environment. Successful leaders set the tone and culture within their organisation.

We are excited to expand on this philosophy and are looking forward to hosting Julie Loveny, a certified Dare To Lead™ Facilitator, for this Leadership Training (CDTLF). Julie is a lecturer at UWA and an organisational consultant with a passion for people and potential. She is a facilitator and educator with a background in social work and a special interest in leadership and thriving workplaces.

Julie has been trained by Brené Brown and her team and is amongst only a few in Australia certified to deliver Dare to Lead™.

These new and immersive 3 day sessions will offer participants:

  • The opportunity to learn a collection of four skill sets that are teachable, measurable, and observable. The Dare to Lead™ program focuses on developing these skills to help individuals, teams, and organisations move from armoured leadership to daring leadership.
  • Establish a clear link between new learnings and the behaviours that need to change.
  • The opportunity to bring their learning to life through tangible practice in a simulated environment, before heading back to the workplace.
  • Individuals who successfully complete the globally recognised program can add the official Dare to Lead Trained badge to their LinkedIn account.

We invite you to a complimentary breakfast to explore what these sessions will entail, experience a taste of the program and recieve an introduction into recognising the critical role that self-awareness plays in daring leadership.
